We actively seek experienced, trained operators who not only have a track record in the answering service industry, but also have a passion and interest to serve our customers and who are also genuine people. Their ability to listen, demonstrate respect for every caller, and to take a solution-oriented approach to every call are some of the 'soft' qualities we seek in our operators. In addition, each of our operators must complete an extensive training program consisting of:

  • An initial 3-month training program
  • Ongoing training and quality control
  • A structured program for advancement that provides incentive to gain experience and prove expertise
Our operators will learn your business, customer's names, specific inbound, call handling and message delivery protocols -- all while using web-based technology to enhance service delivery for both you and your customers. They become a natural extension of your business.
