- Email: Receive an email copy of any message text that we take for you.
- Fax: Receive a fax copy of any message that we take for you.
- Text Message to Mobile Devices: Have your caller's information sent straight to an alphanumeric pager, PDA or cell phone. Our system is compatible with almost any carrier.
- Voice Mail Message: Let our operators recite messages from your callers directly into your private voice mailbox for immediate access. We can also put your callers directly into your voicemail box and they can leave their own message. We can program your voice mailbox to notify you of your new message via pager or phone.
- Live Operator Callout: Have our operators call you with your messages or page you to call in to retrieve your message.
- Live Patch: Our system also allows us to connect a caller directly to you.
Our messaging services also include:
- Have hard copies (via fax or email ) of messages sent to you at no charge
- Receive messages on a per call basis, schedule message delivery once a day at a time convenient to you, or a combination of both
- Store messages for up to six months and access archives upon request
