eVoicelink: Review your voice mail messages in email format. eVoicelink immediately converts your voicemail message to a .wav file and sends you an email with the attachment of your caller's actual voicemail message. You can then listen to the voicemail using your PC speakers. You can also forward the message to your co- workers for further action.
eOn-call Scheduler: This feature allows you to enter your own on-call schedule into our system using the internet (secure login/password). These realtime updates allow the agent operator to send your messages to the appropriate on-call provider immediately without the office having to contact our personnel.
