Instructions to Change Your Greeting

ACCESSING THE SYSTEM

• On a touchtone phone, dial your check-in number: ________
• When prompted, enter your mailbox number: ________
• If prompted, enter your passcode: ________
• Then press # (or * to start over)

The voice announcer will tell you how many (if any) messages you have. You will then hear the Main Check-in options described as follows:

MAIN MENU

• 7 Play the first message
• 8 User options: change greetings, passcode, or distribution list
• 9 To Disconnect
• 0 For Assistance

USER OPTIONS

After selecting Option 8 you will hear the following menu:

• 2 Change your auto-answer greeting
• 3 Edit distribution lists
• 4 Change your mailbox greeting
• 6 Record your mailbox name
• 7 Change your passcode
• 9 EXIT this menu
• 0 For Assistance

CHANGE YOUR GREETING

After selecting Option 4 you will hear the following menu:

• 2 Record a greeting
• 3 Delete a greeting
• 7 Play a greeting
• 9 EXIT this menu
• 0 For Assistance

RECORD A GREETING

Select Option 2 then record your greeting. After recording you will hear the following menu:

• 2 Append more recording
• 3 Erase
• 4 Save as only (or Day) Greeting
• 5 Save as Night Greeting (optional)
• 7 Review your greeting
• 9 Cancel and Exit
• 0 For Assistance

TO FINISH

Hang up when finished with messages and other actions.
